COVID-19: TEMPORARY PRE-ORDER

Nellie Studio specialises in handmade, custom fur, leatherwear and clothing, on a preorder basis, which requires a unique order process and fulfilment requirements.

Due to Covid-19, we are currently experiencing a very limited supply of textiles. This has resulted in us minimising production capability, until our textiles are fully restocked. We are expecting a 4-6 week wait for restock. All orders placed between now and February 20th will be placed on a PREORDER LIST, and will be fulfilled AFTER our preorder period. 

We use a preorder basis as this ensures that we can create the best quality and most timeless garments, maintaining immaculate quality control and producing more sustainably while minimising waste.

DELIVERY

Delivery within the UK is fulfilled using UPS within 1-2 working days. International delivery is approximately 2-4 working days. All delivery information is sent via email, once orders have been completed and collected by their respective courier services. All customs and/or import taxes are not the liability of Nellie Studio, and must be made payable by the client.

Any consignment of Goods dispatched by Nellie Studio for delivery to the Authority shall be accompanied by a delivery note prepared by us and marked with the order number. Where applicable, the delivery note shall also specify the means of transport, the place and date of delivery, the number of packages, the content of the packages, the weight and volume of the packages and whether or not the packaging must be returned to the Supplier. 

Nellie Studio is not liable for any loss that may occur during transit. Clients receive all delivery information via email and it is their responsibility to periodically check delivery updates through the corresponding delivery service. If clients state a parcel is lost/stolen, this is the responsibility of the corresponding courier service and Nellie Studio is not liable for this loss.
