DELIVERY
Please allow 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) for production once your order has been placed. Orders are then delivered using next day delivery within the UK and 2-4 working days for international delivery. We aim to deliver orders within fewer days but in peak season this may increase as each piece is hand-dyed and handmade. Please contact us for more information.
RETURNS
As this piece is hand-dyed and handcrafted, we do not permit returns, please read terms and conditions on our website and refer to our sizing guideline to pick the best size. If you need custom sizing, please feel free to contact us. Exchanges are permitted, should you require a change of size.
DELIVERY
Once an order is correctly placed through our website, and abides by our terms and conditions of service, the production process will begin on the following working day. The estimated time required for production is 7-14 working days. The term "working days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and/or British holidays. Within regular production periods, production is fulfilled as such, however in peak seasons, we are not liable for any extended time required for production.
Changes to order specifications must be requested within two days of the original order date; any requested changed after this will not be permitted as orders will have begun production. Once orders have been completed, our pieces undergo an extensive quality control period, before they are packaged using sturdy, regulation-compliant packaging.
Delivery within the UK is fulfilled using UPS within 1-2 working days. International delivery is approximately 2-4 working days. All delivery information is sent via email, once orders have been completed and collected by their respective courier services. All customs and/or import taxes are not the liability of Nellie Studio, and must be made payable by the client.
Any consignment of Goods dispatched by Nellie Studio for delivery to the Authority shall be accompanied by a delivery note prepared by us and marked with the order number. Where applicable, the delivery note shall also specify the means of transport, the place and date of delivery, the number of packages, the content of the packages, the weight and volume of the packages and whether or not the packaging must be returned to the Supplier.
Nellie Studio is not liable for any loss that may occur during transit. Clients receive all delivery information via email and it is their responsibility to periodically check delivery updates through the corresponding delivery service. If clients state a parcel is lost/stolen, this is the responsibility of the corresponding courier service and Nellie Studio is not liable for this loss.
